The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences and drives sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and beauty education, building lasting relationships in-store and through digital channels.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customer goals.
- Achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, and build customer loyalty.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready, and stay current on beauty trends and products.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and support a welcoming, inclusive customer experience.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to achieve sales goals, use networking and technology, and handle customer concerns.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
