Care - Home Caregiver; Bellevue​/East King

Location: Transforming Age HQth Ave NE Bellevue WA 98004

Compensation: Hourly rate increased to $22.67 - $27.61 per hour DOE and prior certifications.

We are hiring Home Caregivers to join our team in East King County and Bellevue. This role offers paid training and certifications, as well as medical, dental, vision care, and more for team members working 20 hours or more per week, and many unique benefits for both full- and part-time team members.

• Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, personal care (bathing, assistance with restroom and hygiene, dressing), shopping, housework, and other tasks.
• Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED is highly preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and take direction in English. Additional languages are preferred.
• Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions.
• The ability to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from client’s home; personal vehicle is preferred.
• Completion of a background screen and other pre-employment screenings as required.
