Overview
We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager for our busy, successful, growing, outpatient physical therapy practice in Bellevue, WA.
Responsibilities- Patient-facing 70% of the time and office management 30% of the time.
- Experience in a medical office setting.
- Strong understanding of insurance benefits and processing is a plus.
- Qualities: friendly, positive personality; strong multitasking ability; great organizational skills; adaptable; punctual; reliable; able to work well on a team as well as independently.
40 hours per week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday (or 7:30 am to 4:30 pm).
