ICAN is seeking a full‑time Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (or BCaBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing services to neurodiverse youth and excited to work in a collaborative environment.

- Maintenance of standard LABA responsibilities related to case management
- Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
- Conduct assessments
- Submit semi‑annual re‑evaluations and ensure progress across goals
- Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
- Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists
- Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs
Participate in structured residency program to build independent administrative and clinical skills for first year LABAs.
Requirements- Current licensure as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst. 29778 - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, required experience in ABA
- Passing background screening and verification
- Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism
