ICAN is seeking a part‑time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Bellevue, WA. If you are passionate about working with neurodiverse children and teens and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment—this could be the perfect fit for you.

As a member of our team, you'll work in a state‑of‑the‑art clinic alongside occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, psychologists, and BCBAs. Together, we take a whole‑child approach to support developmental progress and independence through neurodiversity‑affirming care.

• Evaluate and treat children and adolescents with a range of developmental needs, including autism, ADHD, motor delays, and sensory processing differences
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans in our fun, movement‑rich sensory motor gyms
• Collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s functional growth
• Maintain clear and timely documentation (SOAP notes, evals, progress reports)
• Engage in weekly department round tables and mentorship opportunities
• Embrace a strengths‑based, neurodiversity‑affirming mindset in all aspects of care

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Experienced (1–3 years preferred) or a motivated new grad passionate about pediatrics
• Knowledgeable in sensory integration, motor development, and functional mobility
• Committed to inclusive, culturally responsive, and family‑centered care
• A great communicator who enjoys collaboration and lifelong learning
