Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN (W2)
Home & Community Program
Rehab Without Walls® is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Program in Seattle. This is a W2 PRN role, offering flexibility with the stability, support, and collaboration of an interdisciplinary care team. Our model brings outpatient-level occupational therapy directly to clients in the environments where daily life actually happens.
What You’ll Do- Deliver functional occupational therapy in home and community settings
- Support clients as they transition back to work, driving, and increased community participation
- Address real‑life skills such as daily routines, community mobility, and independence with meaningful activities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and LCSWs
- PRN W2 position – flexibility without 1099 uncertainty
- Hourly pay (paid for your time, not per visit)

- In‑person 1:1 care with documentation completed from home
- No weekend shifts

- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings, and family conferences
- Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
- Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services, and family members
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Current CPR Certification
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Preferred knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses
- Effective professional communication in verbal and written interactions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds; lifting patients up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
- Requires fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to walk/stand for extended periods
- Physical requirements:
pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently - Health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, per local and state regulations
USD $50.00 - $60.00 / Hour
