Rehab Without Walls is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Program in Seattle. This is a W2 PRN role (not 1099), offering flexibility with the stability, support, and collaboration of an interdisciplinary care team.

Our innovative model brings outpatient level occupational therapy directly to clients
, helping them regain independence in the environments where daily life actually happens.

• Deliver functional occupational therapy in home and community settings
• Support clients as they transition back to work
  , back to driving
  , and increase community participation
• Address real‑life skills such as daily routines, community mobility, and independence with meaningful activities
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and LCSWs

• PRN W2 position – flexibility without 1099 uncertainty
• Hourly pay (paid for your time, not per visit)

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
• Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services, and family members
• Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Current CPR Certification
• At least one year’s experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking or standing for extended periods
• Additional physical requirements: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and frequent positioning
• Health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on policy, local and state regulations to verify physical capacity for duties with or without accommodations

USD $50.00 - $60.00 / Hour
