Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the proper storage, distribution, and usage of medications to pediatric patients.
- Provide information to parents, patients, and staff concerning dosage, interactions, incompatibilities, adverse effects, administration, and appropriate use of medications.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- One year of pharmacist experience in either a retail, outpatient, IV room, or OR pharmacy setting.
- Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist.
Demonstrates expertise in medication management for pediatric patients, including dosage, interactions, and administration. Holds a valid pharmacist license and possesses experience in various pharmacy settings.
