Location: Bellevue, WA (Travel within a 20-mile radius to patients' homes and workplaces. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement provided.)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, No On-Call

Pay: $50-$67/hour plus mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k), life insurance, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care throughout the community in patients' homes or workplaces, helping individuals regain mobility, function, and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and overall function.
• Help reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery when appropriate.
• Develop personalized care plans using evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Design fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's goals.
• Educate and motivate patients to achieve healthy lifestyle and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Washington Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Previous experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply; training is available.
• Reliable transportation required for this field-based position.
