Synergy Home Care Hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Care Aids (HCAs)

Synergy Home Care is hiring WA State Certified CNAs, HCAs and those who have completed their training or state exams that are looking to provide 1:1 care to clients in their home. If you are a CNA or HCA that is a driver, you are needed for shifts in our service areas!! We are looking to fill many positions that require a CNA or HCA that can drive the client for appointments and errands.

We work in Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Kenmore and Woodinville! Synergy Home Care offers Home Care Aids (HCAs) & Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):

• Competitive pay between $21.00 to $28.00 (pay is dependent upon the client's level of care)

As a Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Synergy Home Care, you will:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Drive clients to and from doctor appointments.
