Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license in Washington state (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP‑CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language therapy
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a flexible caseload pending final assignment details

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and diagnostics as required
• Develop IEPs in collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Serve as a resource for teachers and families regarding strategies to support students’ communication needs
