Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist

Location: Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, WA.

APPS Paramedical is one of the largest paramedical companies in the United States, offering nationwide coverage for insurance physicals. We are seeking quality medical professionals to perform exams on a mobile basis for clients across Western Washington. Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Job Summary
  • Independent contractor (IC) performing mobile medical exams at client homes or offices.
  • Tasks include blood draws, medical histories, signatures, vital signs, saliva samples, and 12‑lead EKGs.
  • Follow all compliance and safety policies, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Exam duration ranges from 15 minutes to just over an hour.
Hours
  • Set your own schedule—exams offered 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
  • Most contractors have full‑time jobs and supplement income.
  • Scheduling assistance is provided.
Job Details
  • Reimbursement: direct deposit every two weeks per exam.
  • Territory: choose your own zip codes.
  • Orientation: 3–4 hour in‑person orientation to verify skills and teach paperwork/website.
  • Equipment: rental available for tablets, EKG machines, centrifuges, and manual BP cuff (large & extra large). Own equipment considered but not guaranteed.
  • Tools needed: stethoscope, tape (soft fabric & metal), printer/paper/ink, 400 lb scale, 1 box extra gloves, 1 box alcohol swabs, 1 box band‑aid or coban, 1 box gauze.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of active phlebotomy experience.
  • Trained in manual blood pressure and pulse collection.
  • Familiarity with tablets and computers.
  • Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
  • EKG experience preferred, but not required.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid state driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Background and reference checks will be conducted.

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant state certification required.
