Job Summary:

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, focusing on restoring and improving mobility, strength, and overall function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and use equipment to promote patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Document all treatments, assessments, and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, facility policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Possess relevant experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy practices.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Proven ability to adhere to documentation and regulatory requirements.
• CPR certification required.
