Phlebotomist

• Draw blood samples from patients
• Prepare the testing room with proper tools
• Educate patients about the blood draw process
• Ensure proper labeling of samples
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work split between Sammamish Primary Care and Bellevue Internal Medicine Associates
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with no weekends or holidays

• High school diploma or GED required
• Phlebotomy certificate from an accredited school and/or on-the-job phlebotomy training required
• Current Washington State Medical Assistant–Phlebotomy required
• Medical Assistant–Registered License required; OC clinic will provide once hired
• Health care provider CPR Certification required
• American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) registration a plus
• Six months phlebotomy experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance

Demonstrates expertise in phlebotomy techniques and patient education while providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting. Holds necessary certifications and licenses to ensure compliance and quality in blood sample collection.
