Manager – Imaging​/Radiology

Seeking a Manager of Imaging and Radiology to lead a large multidisciplinary department in a modern healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing operations, budgets, staffing, supply orders, and equipment issues.
• Overseeing 60-75% of department staff, conducting performance reviews, and supporting employee development.
• Partnering with internal teams to improve workflows and resolve member concerns.
• Monitoring exam volumes, resource needs, and submitting business and capital cases.

• At least 5 years of radiologic or sonography experience and 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Graduation from an accredited imaging program or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Radiologic Technologist or Sonographer registration.
• Knowledge of hospital regulations, accreditation processes, and healthcare systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and financial skills.

• Availability for on-call support and experience with computer systems like Microsoft Office.
• Additional disciplines registration and advanced degrees are advantageous.
