At Pacific Medical Center's Renton site , you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care under the guidance of our department Supervisor or Manager — performing patient assessments, triaging clinical concerns, supporting cardiac stress testing and diagnostic procedures, and coordinating care while working closely with providers and an interdisciplinary team to drive exceptional patient outcomes, empower patients through education, and create a positive experience at every visit — all while building the meaningful patient relationships that make this role truly rewarding.

Required Qualifications:
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS
- American Heart Association - Within 90 days of hire:
Provider ACLS
- American Heart Association - 3 years recent experience in cardiology, specialty care, or acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training:
Training in equipment used within the specialty department. - Coursework/Training:
Training in equipment and instrument Sterilization. - Coursework/Training:
Training in sterile technique. - Upon hire:
Certification in specialty (CCRN Certification, CNOR Certification, or CGRN Certification)

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
