Full-time SLPs are needed onsite, with roles spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels, offering a powerful opportunity to work with diverse student populations.

You'll enjoy working in a supportive setting surrounded by education professionals in a role that ensures direct, hands-on care-virtual candidates need not apply. These positions will replace the current teletherapy model, making your on-site expertise vital to student success.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Washington SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred
• Willingness to be fingerprinted through OSPI, if not already completed
• School-based SLP experience or a passion for working in educational settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Evaluate and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement effective interventions and IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Attend meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary support team
• Provide education and resources to families and faculty as needed

• Full-time, consistent schedule throughout the academic year (37.5 hours per week)
