Qualifications &

Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Washington state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Open to SLPs with CCC, as well as CFY candidates seeking mentorship
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with children and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver targeted interventions through individual and group sessions
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with IEP requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Adapt therapy plans to student needs and monitor progress
