We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support a fast-paced healthcare environment in Bellevue, Washington. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a patient-focused approach, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will help create a smooth experience for patients by managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with front-end coordination throughout the care process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient visits by arranging, confirming, and updating appointment schedules to support efficient daily operations.
• Welcome and assist patients during check-in, helping ensure accurate information is collected and questions are addressed professionally.
• Maintain and update medical records with a high level of accuracy while following privacy and documentation standards.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling changes, visit preparation, and general appointment-related needs.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to keep patient flow organized and support timely service delivery.
• Review patient information for completeness and help resolve routine issues related to registration or appointment details.
