** School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Bellevue, WA
** Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, short-term assignment in Bellevue, Washington. This itinerant role supports students with communication disorders from preschool through 12th grade in general and special education settings. * Assignment Length:
Approximately 8 weeks  
** Responsibilities:
*** Screen and evaluate students with communication needs, establish a caseload, and provide speech-language therapy, including classroom-based services.
* Develop appropriate IEP goals and objectives and monitor student progress.
* Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, evaluation teams, and other school staff to support students across settings.
* Plan services and activities suited to students’ developmental levels and functional communication needs.
* Follow applicable school policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

* Qualifications:

*** Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility for immediate issuance.
* Experience working with students with mild, moderate, and severe disabilities.
* Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Experience working in a multicultural environment preferred.
