We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and provide accurate, high-quality imaging to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Operate ultrasound equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Evaluate images for technical quality and obtain additional images as needed.
- Maintain and operate equipment and report technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation while following safety and infection prevention standards.
- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- Current ARDMS certification or equivalent as applicable.
- Current state license or registration as required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous ultrasound or hospital imaging experience preferred.
- Strong technical, communication, attention-to-detail, and patient-care skills.
