, you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted resource for our residents. You’ll ensure they feel at home by providing outstanding service and assisting with a variety of needs. Every night will bring new experiences, but your main responsibilities will include:

• Warm Welcome & Resident Support:
  Greet residents with a friendly, professional demeanor. Assist with inquiries about local attractions, transportation, dining, and services.
• Seamless Communication:
  Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide timely, accurate information.
• Resident Services & Assistance:
