Position: Concierge-2

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Concierge at Inter Continental Seattle Bellevue. The Concierge will be the top source of knowledge for guests about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Responsibilities
  • Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
  • Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops, and attractions.
  • Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren’ t quite right.
  • Promote and sell special hotel programs.
  • Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
  • Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong desire to make an impact on others.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality.
  • Advanced knowledge of the local area.
  • Computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Compensation

$24.00 per hour.
