SummaryHyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is in search of a friendly and reliable Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team.
Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted, and their luggage & personal items are transported to and from guest rooms efficiently. They make sure guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings & features. This highly visible role gives an opportunity for casual conversation, providing local recommendations, and indulging in special requests.
Bell Attendants also assist the Concierge team before and after hours, and/or when they are away from the desk. This support includes answering guest inquiries, providing directions, and offering detailed recommendations or making reservations. They regularly share their knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and available transportation options.
The hourly rate for this position begins at $22.50.

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods
