HOA Lobby Attendant - Temporary

Role Summary

Lobby Attendant – Housekeeping at Inter Continental Seattle Bellevue. Responsible for maintaining clean and welcoming public areas and assisting with heavy lifting tasks during deep cleaning cycles.

5 days per week, daytime shifts, including weekends. Temporary position with potential to become permanent.

• Walk all assigned floors at the beginning and end of each shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas, including bathrooms, lounge areas and hallways.
• Help room attendants with heavy lifting during super cleaning / spring cleaning of rooms.
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner following department standard operating procedures.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and transport to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.
• Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members.

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time-management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces.
• Operate equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters.
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
