This role is with Inter Continental Seattle Bellevue, a luxury hotel within Avenue Bellevue in downtown Bellevue, featuring 208 guest rooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting space.

• The Inter Continental Seattle Bellevue is looking for Stewards to help deliver unforgettable experiences and seamless service by cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing glassware, silverware, kitchen equipment, and kitchen production areas.
• Clean the kitchen and heart of house areas (dusting, mopping, scrubbing, washing, buffing, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of major kitchen equipment and Food & Beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, kitchen utensils, chinaware, glassware, and silverware; keep items guest-ready and polished.
• Stock cleaning supplies, chinaware, cooking equipment, and kitchen supplies; ensure adequate inventory for each shift.
• Remove trash, cardboard, and compost in all Food & Beverage areas, including the Employee Cafeteria.
• Prepare kitchen areas for next shifts with adequate chinware, silverware, and utensils.
• Support the team to uphold True Hospitality standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.

• Prior stewarding experience preferred.
• Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team; strives for excellence and is motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task; flexible to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Excellent communication; warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
• Exceptional cleaning and organizational skills.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card.
• Other duties as assigned.
