What You Will Do- Set up, service, and break down assigned function in a safe, accident free manner.
- Set up banquet tables, chairs, table linens, in a professional manner and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Must be at least 21 years of age for casino meeting rooms and 18 years of age for hotel/ conference center.
- High school diploma required.
- Two years previous banquet or other serving experience is preferred.
