Address and resolve guest or member complaints efficiently, following up with department heads to implement long‑term solutions. - Administrative Support:
Support the Business Office after standard weekday hours to assist members and prospective applicants. - Staff Development:
Participate in and facilitate staff training programs to maintain premium service standards.
- Secure the Property:
Execute strict opening and closing checklists, including patrolling public areas, verifying back‑of‑house security, and locking down the facility. - Monitor Systems:
Oversee building alarm systems and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the central fire panel and detector locations. - Log & Communicate:
Document daily operational updates in the Bellevue Club logbook, reviewing notes from previous shifts to ensure seamless transitions.
- First Responder:
Serve as the primary on‑site responder for emergencies using CPR, First Aid, or AED equipment as necessary. - Incident Documentation:
Investigate, log, and report safety hazards or medical incidents. - Safety Training:
Educate and drill staff members on fire, evacuation, and emergency protocols.
- Decision‑Making:
Confident problem‑solver who anticipates operational needs and thinks steps ahead. - Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to a collaborative, team‑first environment. - Reliability:
Proven track record of accountability, punctuality, and handling high‑responsibility scenarios. - Certifications:
Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance (eligible after 60 days).
- 401(k) retirement plan with a generous employer match.
- Complimentary access to world‑class club facilities, amenities, and group fitness classes.
- Generous employee discounts at our dining spaces, spa services, and retail products.
- Dedicated training, development pathways, and employee recognition programs.
- Free on‑site parking in a luxurious, newly remodeled work environment.
