Inter Continental Seattle Bellevue seeks an On-Call Banquet Captain to oversee banquet events and deliver memorable guest experiences in a high-volume setting. You will coordinate with on-site contacts, hosts, and vendors, acting as leadership in the absence of the Banquet Captain, and report to the Food and Beverage Manager.
You will collaborate with culinary staff, set task agendas, ensure BEOs are followed, and maintain pristine event spaces.
