Talent Manager, Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter III to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientations for new employees. Additionally, you will perform exit interviews and manage changes in employee status. This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or a related area.
You should be familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field and rely on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Conduct interviews and recruit both internal and external candidates.
- Check references and make employment offers.
- Conduct orientations for new employees.
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Lead and direct the work of others as necessary.
- Plan and accomplish recruitment goals using creativity and professional judgment.
- High volume recruiting experience.
- Experience with candidate offers and negotiations.
- Very professional communication and business writing skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in sourcing candidates.
- Previous experience in non-technical recruiting roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is required.

23 offices, focusing on high‑volume, non‑technical recruiting, with an expectation of achieving 23 offers accepted per month. The team culture emphasizes creativity, a bias for action, and delivering results.
This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 – $55.00/hr.
