Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Kirkland, WA. This is an excellent entry-level career path for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail leadership, hospitality, recruiting, staffing, account management, operations coordination, or business development who wants to grow into a long-term recruiting and business development career.

This Talent Acquisition Coordinator role offers structured training, professional mentorship, and a clear promotional path within approximately 6 to 12 months. You will start by learning core staffing operations, onboarding, reporting, payroll support, customer service, and candidate communication. Over time, the goal is to develop into a revenue-generating recruiting and business development role.

• Support onboarding activities for candidates, employees, and internal teams.
• Assist with payroll-related processes, reporting, data entry, and maintaining accurate employee and candidate records.
• Provide professional customer service support to candidates, employees, and business contacts.
• Learn recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing operations, and business development processes.
• Communicate daily with candidates, employees, and internal team members to build strong working relationships.
• Support day-to-day operational activities while developing toward a recruiting and sales-focused role.

• Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
• Starting compensation noted at $55,000 base.
• Monthly performance bonuses of $100 to $200+ to start.
