Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR Generalist & Recruiter to oversee all aspects of people operations and recruiting. This role is a 50/50 blend of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, supporting a remote workforce while helping attract, hire, and retain top talent across legal, immigration, and business operations functions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who is equally comfortable managing payroll and benefits as they are sourcing and recruiting candidates. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and help build scalable people processes to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, and employee support.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
Manage workforce planning, employee onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
Maintain HRIS and employee documentation.
Partner with leadership on workforce management and organizational planning.
Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruiting for legal, immigration, paralegal, attorney, case management, and corporate support positions.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting metrics.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Create a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a combined HR/Recruiting role.
Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Experience recruiting within legal, immigration, professional services, or consulting environments is preferred.
