Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management

Manager of Human Resources and GovernanceYou'll serve as our HR department of one while partnering closely with our CEO and Board of Directors to support strong governance, organizational effectiveness, and a thriving workplace culture.
This unique hybrid role (2-3 days a week in the office) combines hands‑on human resources management with governance program support. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle, support board and committee activities, maintain policies and compliance programs, and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders.

You may be a great fit for this role if you:- Have two to four years of human resources experience
- Hold a PHR or SHRM‑CP certification

Compensation:This full-time, 37.5 hours per week position is an FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) Exempt salaried position. The hiring salary range for this position is $83,000-$95,000 annually DOE. The full salary range for this position is $77,235 – $108,128 annually.

- Ability to define priorities and handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to work under pressure; maintain problem‑solving attitude.
- Reliable, adaptable, able to change focus quickly.
- B.A. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
- Two to four years of human resources experience required.
- PHR or SHRM‑CP required.
- Three years of applicable administrative experience preferred.
- Experience at a not-for-profit organization a plus.
