Recruiter

Position Summary:

The Recruiter supports the organizations business objectives by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and hiring temporary consultants to work as independent consultants through Oxford at national client sites. The Recruiter will build, effectively communicate and generate production from a valuable database.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and recruit technical consultants through cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain a strong consultant database aligned to current and future client needs
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, availability, and compensation
• Partner with Account Managers and client managers to qualify roles and develop effective fill strategies
• Present candidates to clients, prepare both sides for interviews, and manage the send-out process
• Negotiate pay and bill rates and ensure completion of all onboarding paperwork
• Maintain relationships with consultants on assignment and support performance, payroll, and benefits needs
• Track all activity and market insights in the CRM/database

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business preferred
• 1+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
• Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must
• Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven knowledge of MS Office products
