• Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
• Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and skills assessments
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent across various industries
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and career goals
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process

• Build relationships with new and existing clients through phone outreach, networking, and business development activities
• Understand client hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews
• Conduct client visits and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system
• Track recruiting, sales, and activity metrics
• Prepare employment-related documentation and onboarding materials
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch and company goals
