You will own the end-to-end recruitment journey, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcers, and coordinators to build strong, diverse teams that will help launch thousands of satellites.
You will manage 15–25+ requisitions, craft sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through interviews and offers.
