People Operations Manager

• Administer benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, and Employee Assistance Programs
• Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings with the Director of People Operations
• Manage employee leave of absence and accommodation requests
• Oversee workplace safety and OSHA compliance, including training, reporting, and incident documentation
• Develop learning and development programs and assess organizational learning needs
• Maintain and update the Learning Portal
• Support career pathing, succession planning, and internal growth opportunities
• Oversee tuition reimbursement, certification tracking, and professional development resources
• Advise employees and leaders on workplace concerns, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Facilitate disciplinary actions, investigations, and Performance Improvement Plans
• Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness through coaching and development programs
• Manage the annual performance review process with the Director of People Operations and HR
• Manage records retention, data privacy, and BambooHR administration
• Manage employee offboarding, including terminations, documentation, and exit interviews
• Track and analyze HR metrics and trends for strategic planning and leadership reporting
• Mentor People Operations team members
• Lead engagement and culture initiatives

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong experience in at least two of:
  Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Learning and Development, or another HR field
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Commitment to continued professional development and staying informed on HR trends and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through execution with strong follow-through
• Experience supporting senior-level hiring and partnering with leadership on talent planning
• Familiarity with HRIS systems;
  BambooHR preferred
• Comfort working with HR data and analytics
• Professional services or AEC industry experience is a plus
• Minimum three days per week in the office
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
