Data Analyst, Data Science Manager
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and scale large-scale data annotation programs that support AI research and product development. This role operates at the intersection of program management, data operations, and AI/ML
, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable labeled data.
- Own end-to-end data annotation programs, from planning and execution to delivery and post-analysis
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and program outcomes
- Partner with AI researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define data needs and quality standards
- Translate research and product requirements into scalable annotation strategies
- Manage external vendors and internal labeling teams,
including SLAs, quality, capacity, and cost - Design and operate quality control frameworks, review pipelines, and feedback loops
- Establish governance best practices for data privacy, security, ethics, and compliance
- Drive tooling, automation, and workflow improvements for annotation and data pipelines
- Define and report key metrics (cost, quality, speed, volume, utilization) using dashboards and analytics
- Support adoption of agentic AI products through onboarding and change management
- Collaborate with customers and research partners on pilots, evaluations, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or operations within AI/ML or data-driven environments
- Proven experience managing large-scale data labeling programs and third-party vendors
- Strong understanding of ML workflows, data pipelines, and the data annotation lifecycle
- Advanced SQL skills with experience building dashboards and analytics
- Familiarity with big data and ML platforms (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Delta Lake); ML lifecycle tools preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of GPU technologies for generative AI and machine learning
- Experience supporting agentic AI systems
- Background in large-scale AI research or data operations environments
