The Role:
The Growth Marketing Team Lead is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for owning and scaling inbound growth efforts across multiple digital channels. Acting as both strategist and operator, this individual will design the overall growth motion while leading a small, high-impact team. The role works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure marketing activity is directly aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives, balancing near-term performance with long-term brand and demand creation.
Responsibilities- Own inbound growth strategy, translating revenue goals into channel plans, budgets, and priorities
- Define and execute the roadmap across paid, organic, website, content, PR, and account-based initiatives
- Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and performance benchmarks
- Lead, mentor, and develop a lean growth and content team
- Manage external partners across paid media, SEO, PR, and content
- Oversee demand generation and ABM programs aligned to buyer journeys
- Own website performance, CRO initiatives, and experimentation
- Guide long-form content, thought leadership, and sponsorship strategy
- Report on performance, attribution, pipeline impact, and ROI
- 4–8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in growth or demand-focused roles
- Proven ownership of inbound pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience leading teams and managing agencies or contractors
- Strong expertise across paid media, organic growth, ABM, and website optimization
- Solid experience with Amazon Ads, DSP's, AMC, Hubspot, and GA4.
- Advanced analytical skills with modern marketing and analytics platforms
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining execution-focused
- Experience with SEO, long-form content, and AI-assisted workflows
