You will build and lead Core Weave’s Networking Product organization—the team responsible for the high-performance interconnects, global networking experiences, network observability, and networking security that power the world’s most demanding AI training and inference workloads. This team operates at the intersection of hardware engineering, software-defined infrastructure, and customer success, delivering the “pipes” that keep GPUs running at peak efficiency and drive the strategy for network observability and diagnostics, ensuring customers have the telemetry needed to debug complex distributed jobs and applications.

As Senior Director of Product, Networking, you will define and execute the multi-year product strategy for Core Weave’s networking fabric. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, the Office of the CTO, and executive leadership to balance rapid innovation with long-term architectural integrity. You will lead a team of Product Managers, engage directly with enterprise and AI lab customers, and ensure Core Weave remains the gold standard for large-scale AI infrastructure.

This is a highly visible leadership role with broad influence across product, technology, and go-to-market strategy.

• 12+ years of experience working in Product Management within infrastructure, cloud, or high-performance computing (HPC) environments with a focus on Networking services
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams of Product Managers
• Deep technical expertise in high-performance networking, including RDMA, Infini Band, RoCE, and leaf-spine architectures
• Strong understanding of networking services and platforms that support large-scale applications
• Hands-on experience operating in Kubernetes-native environments, with a strong understanding of API-driven and declarative infrastructure consumption
• Demonstrated ability to manage full product life cycles, from hardware/software selection and proof-of-concept through global GA and deprecation

• Experience building infrastructure products for AI/ML, deep learning, or large-scale distributed systems
• Background working closely with enterprise customers, AI research labs, or hyperscale platforms
• Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on technical product positioning and competitive differentiation
