Position: Print & Copy Technical Service Specialist

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair printers, copiers, and other office equipment
• Serve as hands-on-print experts
• Managing local printing environment
• Deliver reliable, in-person technical support to clients
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Manage your own time with confidence
• Think creatively to solve unique equipment challenges

What You Bring

• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Computer and phone Skills
• Tech experience is a plus
• Customer service skills and a team-first attitude

• Compensation: Because this role is open in multiple locations, compensation varies by geographic area to reflect cost of living and local market rates. The applicable pay range will depend on the location of hire and individual experience.

  • Overland, KS: $14.50 - $15.50/hr doe
  • Frisco, TX: $14.50 - $15.50/hr doe
  • Bellevue, WA: $22.00-$23.00/hr doe
