SAP FICO Product Manager, Amazon

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience as a functional lead with SAP S4 HANA FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, and Costing)
• More than 5 years of experience configuring SAP S/4 HANA FICO to fulfill business needs, including integration with PP, MM, SD, and other modules
• At least 8 years of experience in finance, supply chain, consulting, or operations roles, showcasing expertise in leading process and systems transformation initiatives

• Manage a portfolio of projects related to the SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module from design to deployment, ensuring integration with Amazon Corporate systems – Develop deployment project strategies and manage risks that could affect successful delivery – Collect business requirements to create use cases, collaborate with software development for feature implementation, and clearly communicate dependencies and exceptions – Engage in building Proof of Concepts (POCs) to confirm that proposed solutions meet business requirements utilizing SAP S/4 – Participate actively in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and User Training – Apply comprehensive knowledge of business processes for the design, development, and testing of SAP S/4 HANA ERP functionality, including general ledger, accounts payable, project system, cost center accounting, product cost control, and profit center accounting – Configure SAP S/4 HANA FICO to align with business requirements, including establishing connections with PP, MM, PS, SD, and implementing SAP best practices – Navigate through significant ambiguity and foster agreement among cross-functional stakeholder groups – Display effective communication skills, providing project status updates to diverse audiences, and utilize proper escalation channels to guarantee timely delivery – Hold expertise in Make-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes – Demonstrate experience with SAP Material Actual Costing and Project Billing systems – Exhibit strong organizational skills complemented by a solid understanding of information technology
