Managing Partner (MP) is the global account leader assigned to one or more Strategic Customers. The MP drives the total strategic customer engagement, leads innovation adoption, and grows SAP’s software, cloud, and services across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Orchestrate and lead the execution of the account strategy, incorporating software, cloud, services, support and partners.
- Create and manage a strong joint SAP‑customer governance model and ensure engagement of SAP’s executive sponsor.
- Lead integrated account planning and expand SAP’s footprint with LOBs and strategic engagement with SI partners.
- Drive revenue growth across all SAP LOBs and protect the customer base.
- Protect premium support services and deliver value realization.
- Influence and lead a virtual team of resources across functions, geographies and LOBs.
- Shape the customer’s digital transformation vision and lead SAP’s execution of that roadmap.
- 10+ years of business experience in sales or consulting with complex business software / IT solutions.
- 5+ years of deep industry/domain expertise.
- 5+ years of large account management experience and leading account teams.
- Strong knowledge of the complete SAP offering (including service and support).
- Experience as a partner at a system integrator or in business consulting management.
- Exceptional communication skills; fluent business English; fluent local language at business level.
- Strategic thinker with high creativity and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Compensation RangeAnnualized compensation range (base salary + variable): $256,400 – $529,000 USD. Actual offer depends on qualifications and experience.
