Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support
- Strong customer-oriented work ethic with professionalism and high energy
- Advanced knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair, aligned with A certification standards
- Proficient understanding of routers, firewalls, TCP/IP, WAPs, and other networking devices
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS & Server, as well as Mac/Apple products
- Proficiency with M365 applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Preferable but not mandatory:
Network , Security , CCNA, ACMT, MCSE, or similar certifications - Preferable but not mandatory:
Knowledge of MS CoPilot, Connect Wise RMM & PSA, Ubiquiti Networking, and experience in a managed services setting
- Engage with customers in-store, over the phone, and on-site to offer tailored, advanced technical solutions
- Maintain a professional, positive demeanor with clients at all times
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of PC hardware and software
- Perform data recovery and loss prevention tasks, along with advanced network installations
- Manage M365 environments including user administration, security configurations, and application setups
- Provide technical training to clients in a clear and effective manner
- Oversee management of Active Directory and Azure AD environments
- Act as a liaison between our clients and their other technology vendors
- Collaborate with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform to deliver tailored client solutions
- Plan and carry out productivity suite migrations ensuring a smooth transition with minimal downtime
- Scope, design, and implement network infrastructure projects involving LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions
- Conduct security assessments and propose suitable solutions for client environments
- Utilize PSA and RMM tools for monitoring, managing, and resolving technical alerts and issues
- Mentor and support Level 1 Technicians in their duties
