Sr Supply Chain Manager, SSD Grocery

Job  |  Services LLC. The candidate will work as a member of the Grocery Sub-Same Day (SSD) delivery team to provide faster-than-same-day delivery across North America. We are seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager with proven experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional projects and programs within our Sub Same Day Delivery offering. The Sr. Supply Chain Manager will support delivery functions for the launch of new Grocery delivery operations in SSD buildings, scale delivery quality reporting strategy, and improve and roll out new processes to reduce concessions and enhance the customer experience.

This position is open to Bellevue, WA (Greater Seattle Area, Washington), New York City, NY and Nashville, TN."

• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to proactively identify, optimize, track and report performance.
• Develop and utilize data inputs and KPIs to inform operational adjustments.
• Define and create processes that scale to meet growing business demands.
• Partner with Directors, Senior Managers, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization.
• Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs related to Imperfect Order Rate, driving performance improvement and efficiency in Delivery Quality.
• Define metrics, develop goals, and invent/simplify processes to drive decision making and business performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
