Top Tier Reps is partnering with a prestigious Am Law 100 global law firm to find a skilled IT Analyst for their Washington, DC office. If you're a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional with excellent troubleshooting skills and a passion for supporting high-level users in a fast-paced legal environment, this is a standout opportunity. You’ll be the first line of technical support while also participating in major firmwide IT projects and events.

- Work directly with legal professionals and VIP stakeholders
- Get involved in cross-office collaboration and exciting tech rollouts

- Provide 1st-level support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and meeting tech
- Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or in-person support
- Support meetings and events (video conferencing, client presentations, hybrid events)
- Collaborate with other IT staff across offices for multi-site events and tech needs
- Install and configure software/hardware per firm standards
- Maintain asset tracking and ensure inventory accuracy
- Use Service Now (or similar system) to log and resolve service tickets
- Participate in firmwide tech rollouts, system upgrades, and project deployments
- Provide after-hours and weekend availability as needed
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Expertise with:
- Windows OS & Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Teams, Citrix/VPN, iManage Work 10
- Service Now or equivalent ticketing systems
- Mobile devices (iOS, iPads), networking, and cabling
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage fast-paced tech support tasks
