Knowledge Manager - TS​/SCI CI Poly

Overview

The Knowledge Manager shall assist aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing. Knowledge managers employ centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Post, edit, distribute, and maintain appropriate content on classified and unclassified website / portals. Organize data, establishing file structures, and ensuring information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users.

Provide knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflow / processes.

• Organize data, establish file structures, and ensure information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users.
• Provide knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflow/processes.
• Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing; utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflows.

• 3+ years of experience supporting intelligence analysis knowledge management
• 3+ years of experience supporting business process analysis and improvement
• Experience using project management tools to manage intelligence production
• Ability to develop, benchmark, analyze, and track key production metrics
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with an editorial team
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of experience authoring intelligence analysis products
• 3+ years of experience with common data science programming languages
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools for project management
