Microsoft Solutions Architect AI Biz Apps

Job Description Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft AI Business Applications Solution Architect to support presales and delivery of Microsoft-based AI solutions, primarily intended for workflow automation. Presales will include delivery of AI envisioning workshops, designed to both educate clients and solicit use cases for process automation with Microsoft AI. Delivery will include billable roles designing and implementing client solutions.

• 5 years minimum experience in business and technology consulting for a Microsoft alliance partner
• 5 years minimum experience architecting solutions based on Microsoft Modern Work (SharePoint, Teams, M365 Copilot) and Microsoft Business Applications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365)
• 2 years experience designing process automation solutions leveraging Microsoft’s Copilot Studio and/or AI Foundry
• Strong familiarity with additional Microsoft AI platforms, including Fabric Data Agents, SharePoint Agents, and Git Hub Copilot. Able to give first‑hand examples of uses for each
• Experienced assisting clients to set up AI related centers of excellence to ensure adoption and governance of related platforms
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Comfortable and effective developing and leading workshops, demos, and training with virtual and physical client audiences
• Relevant Microsoft certifications for Microsoft AI, Business Applications, Modern Work and Azure.

• Published case studies of Microsoft‑based customer solutions
• Regular speaker/presenter in Microsoft business applications related conferences and communities
• Strong online presence and following on relevant platforms and related technical subjects (e.g., Linked In, X, You Tube)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Cloud Moyo, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Base - $150 - $180K

Variable – $20 – $40K

OTE – $170K - $220K
