A well-known utilities company in King County is seeking a skilled Senior Data Architect to join its Merchant Systems tram within the Clean Energy and Strategy Planning group. A successful candidate will be designing and implementing resilient data, analytics, and AI solutions built on cloud platforms such as MSFT Fabric, Azure, AWS, or GCP. Additionally, you will maintain and evolve data models and databases that support long‑term resource planning, safeguard data integrity, and provide the foundation for advanced forecasting capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in IT architecture, including designing enterprise-level systems.
• Deep knowledge of multi-tiered architecture, data management, cloud computing (e.g., MSFT Fabric, Azure/AWS), and enterprise security.
• Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive management
