A leading interactive entertainment company is strengthening Global Procurement to accelerate innovation, improve resiliency, and drive smarter growth. This team enables strategic sourcing and procurement operations that help the business move faster while improving vendor governance, cost efficiency, and risk management.

As Director, Technology Sourcing, you will own strategy and execution across key technology categories: hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, and managed services. Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, you’ll partner closely with the CTO and senior technology leaders to align third-party spend and supplier strategy to the multi-year technology roadmap. This is a player‑coach role—you’ll lead the most complex negotiations while mentoring a lean team and building scalable processes.

• High visibility partnering directly with the CTO and IT leadership
• Ownership of marquee vendor negotiations (cloud, enterprise software, strategic platforms)

• Build and execute a multi‑year global technology sourcing strategy aligned to business needs and service continuity.
• Serve as the primary procurement partner for IT—turning technical requirements into commercial strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Lead enterprise sourcing initiatives (RFIs/RFPs, renewals, supplier selection, negotiations) across cloud, SaaS, licensing, and managed services.
• Deliver improved pricing, terms, performance, and total cost of ownership through robust commercial structures and analytics.
• Strengthen supplier governance with consistent contracting standards, SLA alignment, and performance management.
• Partner with Legal, Security, and Risk on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI considerations, and supply continuity.
• Champion adoption of the S2P platform, ensuring compliant workflows that don’t slow delivery.
• Lead and mentor a small team (initially one direct report) and contribute to broader procurement best practices.

• 10+ years in technology sourcing, procurement, IT operations, finance, or related roles with measurable impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (required).
• Strong knowledge of cloud consumption models, software licensing, SaaS pricing levers, and vendor landscapes.
• Ability to build TCO models, enable/partner on Fin Ops frameworks, and deliver cost/EBITDA impact.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, project management, and executive communication skills.
• Hands‑on leader comfortable navigating ambiguity in a matrixed global environment.
